What these terms cover
These terms apply to the DuoInbox website: every public page, the guides, the early access form, and the route that receives it. Using the site means you accept them. If you do not accept them, stop using the site.
They are not a product agreement. Use of the DuoInbox product would be governed by a separate written agreement, and nothing on this website replaces, amends, or settles the wording of that agreement in advance.
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining parts continue to apply.
Who these terms are with
These terms are between you and DuoInbox, 30 North Gould Street, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, United States. On this page, “DuoInbox” means the operator of duoinbox.com trading under that name.
That is a business address. It is not a statement about offices, staff, or time in operation, and no entity type, registration number, or founding date is published here, because none is published for this site.
Acceptable use
The site is open to read. These are the limits on how it may be used.
- Read, quote, and link freely. Do not copy the content in bulk for resale, redistribution, or inclusion in a dataset or a derived product.
- Do not interfere with the early access form or the route behind it. That includes automated submission, deliberate load, probing for weaknesses, and working around spam or rate controls.
- Do not misrepresent who you are. Submit an email address you control, and describe an inbox workflow that is actually yours.
- Do not submit unlawful content, malicious code, or another person’s personal information in the free-text field. Submit only what you are entitled to share.
DuoInbox may block a submission, an address, or a source of traffic that breaks these limits, and may do so without notice.
Early access requests
Requesting early access is a request. It is not an agreement, and it grants nothing.
- Submitting the form does not create a contract between you and DuoInbox.
- It does not grant access to the product, an account, a licence, or a place in a queue.
- It does not oblige DuoInbox to provide the product to you, to contact you, or to keep early access open.
- DuoInbox may decline, defer, or close early access at any time, and is not required to give a reason.
No price, packaging, availability date, performance level, or service level is offered anywhere on this site. None should be inferred from any page here, and no statement on this site becomes a commitment unless it is written into a signed agreement.
Pages that describe how DuoInbox works — workflow triggers, permission levels, human approval, blocked external send — describe how the product is built to behave. They are descriptions of the product, not warranties about how it will behave in your environment.

Intellectual property
The content of this site — the writing, the page structure, the guides, the product screenshots, and the design behind them — belongs to the operator of DuoInbox or is used with permission.
You may read it, print it for your own reference, link to any page, and quote a short extract with attribution and a link back. You may not republish whole pages or substantial extracts, present this content as your own or as another product’s, or use it as training material for a model.

This website is published as it is, without warranty. DuoInbox does not warrant that the information here is complete, current, or free of error, that the site will be available without interruption, or that it is fit for a particular purpose. Pages can change or be removed without notice, and no availability commitment for this website is given here or anywhere else on it.
Where a page links to a site DuoInbox does not run, that site sits outside these terms and outside DuoInbox’s control.
Letting an agent act inside a shared mailbox is a security decision. Base it on your own review and your own testing, not only on what a marketing page says.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, DuoInbox is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or from being unable to use it. That includes lost profit, lost data, and interruption to your business.

If the law where you live gives you rights that cannot be given up by agreement, this section does not take them away.
Changes to these terms
These terms can change. When they do, the effective date at the top of this page changes with them, and the new version applies from that date. Using the site after that date means you accept the version then published.
