QUESTIONS BEFORE ACCESS
Contact DuoInbox
Use this page to ask a question about DuoInbox before you ask for access. A person who works on DuoInbox reads every message and replies to the address you give.
WHERE TO SEND WHAT
Three routes, and what to include in each
-
Product and security questions
Triggers, permission levels, approvals, recipient restrictions, sending limits, the audit log, the kill switch. Use the form below, and name two things: the inbox workflow you would run first, and the constraint you are evaluating against — for example, replies to billing@ that may never leave the original thread. A question with a workflow attached gets an answer about your case instead of a description of the product.
-
Early access requests
The early access form asks the two questions a request needs: your work email and the first inbox workflow you would govern. Start there rather than here, and the first reply can already be about your workflow.
-
Privacy requests
To ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of the details you have already sent, use the form below, choose Privacy request as the topic, and name the email address the request covers. Sending from that address is the fastest way to have it matched.
OPEN QUESTIONS
What a reply cannot tell you yet
Three questions arrive often enough to answer before you write. Sending them anyway is fine; the answer will be the same as the one below.
- 01 Price and packaging
- We have not set them. No figure appears anywhere on this site, and a reply cannot give you one either.
- 02 Availability and dates
- DuoInbox has not published a launch date. If your evaluation depends on a fixed date, say so in your message and you will get a straight answer rather than an estimate.
- 03 What comes after Gmail
- The product covers Google Workspace inboxes and Hermes, the agent that does the work. We are not committing in writing to anything beyond that.
