DuoInbox Request early access

EARLY ACCESS

Request early access to DuoInbox

DuoInbox is an AI-native shared inbox for Google Workspace teams of roughly 3 to 20 people running a support@, billing@, orders@, or operations@ address. Hermes, the agent that does the work, takes its access from the workflow it is running, not from your mailbox. This form is how you ask for access, and this page is where cost and availability are addressed.

What happens after you submit

  1. Your work email and the workflow you describe are stored so a person can follow up. They are used for that and nothing else.
  2. The workflow is read against the initial scope, which is Gmail in Google Workspace with Hermes running under per-workflow permissions. If it needs something DuoInbox does not do, the reply says so.
  3. A person replies at the address you gave.

DuoInbox does not publish a response-time commitment, so this page will not promise one.

NOT DECIDED YET

What DuoInbox has not decided yet

Three questions buyers ask before filling in a form. DuoInbox cannot answer them yet, so it says that here rather than leaving you to find out after you submit.

WHO THIS IS NOT FOR

Three teams should not send this form

  • Your problem is duplicate replies and unclear ownership among people. A conventional shared inbox already solves that.
  • You want an agent that sends external email with no human checkpoint. External send stays blocked until a person approves the version that goes out.
  • Your team is not on Google Workspace. Gmail is the only mailbox in the initial scope.
